Which discussion categories do you like most?

I have only been on myLot for a few weeks now but I find myself gravitating to certain discussion categories more than others. I like the one about making money online because it is obviously something we all like to do. I love the one about cats as they are my favorite subject matter. I am curious about what others think in this regard.

Hello momiecat. There are many interests on myLot that I like. The "life", "reading," "internet," "cooking", "knitting" and "travel" are some of my favorites. There are so many that it's hard to narrow it down.
I like discussing books and movies also. I think those are separate categories.

Hi PearlGrace, you are right, there are so many fun categories that it is hard to narrow it down. I also like most of the same things you like. Regarding knitting, I have not done that for a long time but when I was younger my grandmother tried to teach me to knit. She was right-handed, me left-handed. It was a little difficult at that time for her to teach me to do the opposite of what she did but I did eventually learned basic knitting. I have not thought about that for a while; it brings back fond memories. Thanks for your comments. Have a nice day.

I encourage you to start knitting again. There are so many wonderful textures and yarns to knit with these days: ribbons, shiny yarns, shaggy yarns, etc. It's alot of fun to knit now. Try it, you'll love it!

Hi Valeria, I like your name. You know I had the same kind of idea as you -- to keep in the happy topics. I could write a lot about the sad things in my life but to obsess on that would only make me sadder. It is good to dwell on the happier things and it makes meeting new friends more fun.
