I need help to pay off debts

Anyone out there have any good solid advice on how I can get out of debt? I know it's gonna take along time since I have thousands to pay but some good advice would be appreciated. I just don't know how to do it. I work 2 jobs already and I still can't manage. I think bankruptcy might be my only option if I can't start to see a reduction somehow. Please help me figure out what I can do.
