Which things do you make money doing on myLot?

Ok I have been reading through the FAQ's on here and also other posts and I'm still a little confused. How exactly are we making the money on mylot? I understand the main way is to respond to other people's discussions and posting pictures. But what else can we do? Do we get paid more if we respond to discussions from people on our friends list or if our friends respond to our discussions? Any help or explanations would be greatly appreciated you myloters!

I haven't heard that we get paid more for responding to people on our friends lists. I believe that we do get paid more for higher quality posts (which are ranked by the + and - signs you see next to each post). In general, the average is around 1 to 5 cents a post, depending on your overall reputation and length of your posts. So far I average at 1.15 cents a post.

I never knew the purpose of the + and - signs, and to be completely honest before you said something I don't think I've ever noticed them! LOL! Thanks for response, it's great appreciated! Happy posting!
