Marketing and Advertising - Word of Mouth

Most of you probably don't know but i'm signed up with a website called BzzAgent where bascially i can sign up to campaigns where i get the cance to try a product, then i have to 'spread the bzz' (ie spread the word) about the product, not trying to sell it or anything but bascially just talking about it to other people so info on the product gets spread by word of mouth.
Well one of my current campaigns is on The Word of Mouth Manual Volume II, which as you might guess is bascially about word of mouth. The website describes it saying the
'book is full of facts, stories and insights about word of mouth and the industry that's been built around it. His insider's look helps show that while WOM may be a medium that can't be forced, fabricated or created, it certainly can be managed, understood and enjoyed by all!'
