how too lose

I have gained a lot of weight and I need a fast but healthy way too lose it. I only need to lose about 20 pounds. I currently weigh about 160 and I want to get back to where I was at about 140. I felt better than and my clothes fit better.

You need three things...1) DIET (you dont need to starve yourself though) you can simply cut down your food consumption. Like a if before you are eating 2 cups of rice during breakfast... you can make it 1-1/2 rice instead. 2) EXERCISE- even a simple jog during the morning and walking towards a place instead riding a car(but be sure it is still near though) or taking the stairs instead of using the elevator or escalator. That are some of the simple way to exercise 3) CONVICTION because without this, all your efforts will become useless and futile. I hope it can help you my friend.
