Were Psych and Monk good Friday night?

Thursday our cable box started going out and they couldn't send anyone out to swap it out until today (god forbid they let me pick up a box, right?). So we missed Monk and Psych. I checked the USA site and they aren't up for viewing yet, only the season premieres. Were the episodes good? Any idea when USA Networks will put them up for viewing?
