what do u drink before going to bed milk or some wine...??

hello friends, i used to drink milk before going to sleep.i have had a good night then... but then one day i drink wine, and i cant express that night...it was amazing.now in a week i used to drink wine before bed.. what do u drink before going to bed ....milk or some wine..???

I don't really drink anything before going to bed. Sometimes I'll fall asleep while I have a glass of water next to my bedside, but I don't make a habit of it.
