Screensaver download..........

I want to know whether downloading of screensaver will harm the hard disk of computer or not.

Depends on the site I suppose. You might try saving the file to your hard drive and then scanning the file for a virus. Usually the only thing that happens with these free screensaver downloads is that they track your website usage, also called spyware
