Few of us get to fulfill the when-i-grow-up fantasies of childhood. As a kid we have had dreams that have not materialized when we grew up. But some of you may have been lucky to have your childhood dreams materialized. Tell me what did you dream of becoming as a kid and did they materialize or not.

When I was child, I was fascinated by bollywood actors. I always longed to be an actor. I used to take part in School and college cultural activities, but I could never become an actor.............LOL!

i wrote it in memoir form, a spiritual story with a sociological twist. my ba was in social science, so i used my degree. my novel has a blunt and sarcastic tone, inspired by real life situations and real people i have encountered but fictionalized. The Sand Dollar by Fifi Leigh at lulu.com ; i didnt put link here because i dont think they allow it here. so u can just type the tile and author name in search..i am all over the internet...

When I was a kid I always watched the show Walker Texas Ranger and I dreamed of becoming a Texas Ranger just like Walker so that way I could protect the innocent people and arrest the wicked,as of right now my dream has not happened and I am kind of giving up hope, even though if I want it to happen then I will have to go to police school and become a police officer for at least a couple years before I can even apply at Ranger academy.

My number 1 dream as a kid was to get older, get married and have kids of my own. So far I have achieved that goal. Now to see what's next

I had never thought of having a kid when I was small. Probably because I enjoyed being the youngest at home.

When I was still young, I've dreamt of becoming a lawyer. But unfortunately, I'm not lucky enough to fulfill my dreams. When I was about to go to college, my mom asked me to take up a course that I don't really like. Instead of taking up Political Science, I took up Dentistry. Which, I wasn't able to finish for I don't really like it. I was about to shift my course but my university didn't able to release my papers on time. While waiting for the next semester, I took up a vocational course to pass the time and later on got hired as Secretary/Jr. Accountant at a big university. I enjoyed working and forgot to pursue my studies.

I was a very ambitious kid, I wanted to be a doctor,[I copied it in little Miss's pageants] then I want to be a lawyer,[my neighbors told me I would be because i'm good at reasoning, lol, don't even know what's supposed to mean,] when I get into college, I said I will take up Business course so I can work in a fast food then I can have my own business someday. But it didn't happen, I am now a teacher, though when I was young I used to play as a teacher to small kids, and I thought it was just a hobby,. Now it's my cup of tea.

When we are a child we used to dream that we should have good house, lot of money and car to travel etc..etc.. but when i start growing i did not dream like this but should have a good life and sometime i even thought that i should not i grow older. If i grew older the love and affection from our elders will not get as we are a child. My dream of that being child did not work still grew older and got a job, married, had children etc. but my life is not as i used to dream after marriage.
