It is a case of mistaken identity.. When the police officers who have come to maintain order in a party that had cut loose..in Germany, at the complaint of a neighbor where party was going on..were thought as strippers.
They,..Party goers, know very well that they have not ordered any strippers, but they thought that some one has sent them in a surprise..

A bad time for police officers..
this is similar to the one i said here, earlier, when a Brit, called Emergency.. When he mistook Moon for an UFO..

Hi freedomg.. I don't think that the Police would have taken the mistaken identity as ego boost... Certainly it would be annoying for them..
If i were the Police officer.. certainly i would have fixed some charges of violation against someone in there ( may be baseless allegation) and would have taken them to custody.. Definitely an act to pacify my aggravated EGO..

This must have been a very funny moment at the party. The party goers were surprised that the police officers were not strippers organized by one of the friends. The guests were probably looking round wondering who ordered the strippers but it turned out that the party was too noisy for the neighbors so it was the real police. I hope that the police were understanding about the mistaken identity.
