i know i dont have much room to talk but im naturally thin but im sick to DEATH of seeing celebrities that had average or curvy figures (for a long time so it wasnt like they just gained weight for a part) and they look GREAT but now they are skeletons!! i can see some being naturally skinny to a degree but some i cant believe.. and i can see the stress from being famous making them lose weight or something but there is such a huge list of them and they have the money to get help if they have a problem they should seek help..
like i said i know i dont have room to talk but i have always been this way (except for when i was on one medication that made me blow up like a blow fish) but some of these people seemed to have curves and great bodies and it looked like that could have them there normal body size so obviously they did lose weight after being a normal size for a long time..
im sick of our teens looking at them and thinking that looking like that is correct
and im really worried that a lot of my favorite stars are literally fading away and harming themselves with this

No I don't think it's attractive or healthy to be underweight by choice. If someone is just naturally thin then that's just their nature. But starving yourself is just not the way to go.
I have a friend who is very tiny. She's almost 40 has 3 kids. She's about 4'11" tall and weighs about 90 lbs soaking wet and fully clothed! But she eats a heck of a lot more than I do and never gains a lb. She is also very small boned. But that's just her nature and physiology since she is extremely healthy. I wish I had her metabolism!
I have always thought that women of somewhat normal weight like Cindy Crawford, Heidi Klum, Kate Winslet, etc, are much more attractive and my husband thinks these girls are too skinny. He likes a women with major league curves. Which is why I suppose he thinks I'm sexy. But I am about 40 lbs overweight at the moment. Not healthy either.
I too have seen many actresses who used to be a normal weight and gorgeous and now look like they are wasting away to nothing. Bones sticking out everywhere, no b00bs or hips to speak of, no shape at all except flat. Their faces look like they just got out of a concentration camp... ewwww gross.

No you're not. As a matter of fact, in France they made it illegal for models and actresses to be under a certain size. That's because impressionable women will think that that's what they're supposed to look like. That's a good idea.

It is sad and sick what celebrities are doing to themselves. I am sick and tired of the unhealthy and unrealistic super-model image they are putting out there for girls to think is ideas. I remember babysitting for a girl years back who thought The spice Girls were sexy. LOL I told her that dressing like that and being like that was not the way to attract the right kind of man. Her mother said I deserved a medal for talking to her about that.

It is shocking that film stars and musicians still feel pressure to be thin even when we know from the past the damage it can do them. I heard somewhere that Beyonce was told she had to lose weight before she could be in a movie. I couldn't believe it, that's the kind of thing that was said to Judy Garland and look what happened to her! it's crazy that even knowing all we do about how bad for you extreme weight loss is the media still forces our stars to be thin.

I think most celebs look better with meat on them and i dont get why they get so skinny , and are just bones. How can they not tell they look sick , and why do betetr say wow they look great , but in some mags , they say it looks sick.
I always liked curves , and so do many people than less.

i think they may not notice as bad as they look or such a dramatic difference.. most people with eating disordered just hear the compliments they get in the beginning and ignore it when people change their minds and if a little weight loss was good then ten times more should be great!!
