What part of your body falls asleep the most often?

For me, it's my legs. No matter what I do, they fall alseep. It's terrible, and when I get up to walk around it feels like my leg even isn't there. I nearly topple to the ground! Haha.
So? Is it your hand, your arm, your. . .head? Lol, my head falls asleep sometimes too.

Yeah, it happens to me when I cross my legs for too long too. It's weird. I read somewhere that when you cross your legs while sitting, you're pressing down on a very very important vein, and the blood supply to your legs like drops dramatically.
Our bodies our so interesting :)

Same here, the legs go first, but the other night my partner had bad cramp and I heard him calling me from upstairs ,he was on the landing just laying down, the cramp was too painful for him to get up,all of the calf muscles in his legs had locked, and he was rolling about on the floor,we thought maybe it was because he had been working extra and his legs were pretty tired

Oh gosh, leg cramps are the WORST. Especially when you're trying to fall asleep. Your leg muscle gets really tight and it hurts to even step on it. I know your partner's pain!
