How to dieve in a swimming pool ?

Dear friends... I have been failing or rather fearing make a dive in a swimming pool can you please tell me how to do it in a right dont u fear that this can hit your head to the floor of the swimming pool please help... my trainer says do it and don't worry you're learn one your own.... it's my hard luck to have such a trainer Thanku Ganesh

I'dont think you should worry about hitting your head on the floor if you are diving in the deep section. Start diving from a lesser height. If by any chance you reach the floor your outstretched hands will reach there.You need a trainer to be there when you do it and any good swimming trainer can help. The first few times that I tried it, i hit the water flat on my stomach. That stung.

oohhh thats great ....u mean to say if u r fearful of ur head hitting ground then one should push hands against floor .....thats really nice tip....yes it happened with me when I tried my stomach is hit by water like anything sometimes mychest is hit hard....people laugh at me ....when I ask myself y i m not diving with head down than my soul told if u r gead got hit with floor ...ohhhh so I got fearful than afer that day I never tried because people giggle/laugh like anything any I have red stomach and chest....even I tried almost 15 20 times in 2 months know left how long can I face them laughing.. Thanku U r good swimmer let me mark ur response best.... I will strech my hands to push floor if I reach bottom......sometimes I also fear what will happen IF I dive in deep part of swimming pool and I cant come back ....ohhh I will die than.... How do u stop ur breath for so long when u dive for say 20 feet pool it pains thanku if u can add more of ur experience it will help... Thanku Ganesh
