I am looking at my dining room table and wondering, what is it used for?  

I once had a dining room table, elaine5004. I used it to build a huge scale model of the U.S.S. Missouri. It was a wood model with lots of detail. It was a bit over six feet long and the dining room table was a perfect place to build it.

What do I use my dining room table for? Well, not much of anything! Ha. We use it MAYBE four times a year for family dinners and the rest of the time is sits there empty and unused...except at the moment it is slaughtered with card stock, paper, ribbons and a paper cutter as I am in the middle of making wedding programs for my son's wedding next month. So I guess my table makes a better "craft table" than a "dining table". It is just my husband and I so he usually eats off a tray in front of the television and I sit at the kitchen island to eat.
