Need ideas for games outside, possibly with water, for a birthday party, help!

having a birthday party Saturday for niece and nephew age 11 and 12. No friends just family, a few other kids plus the adults, kids ageing from 5-13. We are doing a water balloon fight, and then one with two buckets and you try to fill one bucket by squeezing out a sponge and see who fills the bucket up faster..kids against parents..should be fun.
Any other ideas? I have searched online but cant find anything.

We used to do a water balloon toss. everyone would pair up with a partner then you would toss the balloon back and forth to your partner. every time you catch it you take a step back. Last pair with an unpopped balloon wins. We had my sons 1st birthday this past weekend and we had a pinata for the kids. they had fun and i got to get rid of 3 bags of parade candy!
