How do you get more referals?

No body from my friends is getting refered . Big problem in india they just can't digest new things india interest has mere 2000 members why don't people want to earn money from net? They think everything on net is a scam

there are traffic exchanges you can do to promote your url i think that people think they are all scams i dont think that all of them are scams but mylot is not a scam i have been payed bt them so they are great i have 9 referrals and 1 is active the rest of them they don't do anything take care and happy postings.
