10 hours trek? no way....  | |  but its true you got to believe...one day while on my trek in the himalayans 19000ft above sea level we walk for 10 hours in scorching sun plus chill wind and snows... whats your longest trek?

The distance was 23 miles and it took in 4,900 feet of ascent altogether.
It took almost 11 hours and I could hardly walk for three days after, it felt like I was'nt joined to my hips any more. (more preparation next time I think)
