what's next for the batman?  

It's only my opinion, but I wouldn't be so quick to count Two-Face out. They have a tendency to want to bring back these supervillians from the dead. And, since they haven't yet brought out the Riddler and the Penguin, I'm sure these two classic Batman villians are just waiting in the wings. I'm sure the Dark Knight movie series isn't finished yet.

Good day and good point. Since the joker isn't dead and he's the arch enemy who would they pick to fill in the shoes of Heath Ledger? Who would fill the shoes of the penguin ad the riddler? and this who would fill the shoes of the catwoman? These are the characters that are worth waiting for by the fans including us of course.

Christian Bale fits the Batman character perfectly together with Michael Cain is ever full of Wisdom Butler and of course Morgan Freeman add some spice to the movis as well.

I would like to see Mr. Freeze make a showing. However I would really like a new villain to appear onscreen.

Oo oo or better yet Man-Bat or Killer Croc.

Clayface would also be a good pick for it.

I have a thread about this. The next movies going to have The Riddler and The Penguin. Johnny Depp is gonna be the Riddler.

i think the riddler should come up. and they must again cast jim carrey fr the character. he would be the best person possible. Robin should not come up.
