| |  Well, I could say I've caught huge ones (this is the internet after all :)and I am a fisherman)but I wont lie. My largest largemouth to date was 7lb 10oz. I have caught a lot of them in the 5.5 to 6lb range. I live in the north where the fish have a much shorter growing season than in the southern or western states so my fish are pretty good size for here. I have fished in Florida some but have never had the luck of connecting with one of their lunkers. I hope to catch one over 10lb some day. Have fun and enjoy the sport.
