How much weight would a man have to lose to drop down three waist sizes?

I am, and have been a size 35 for awhile. I would like to get back down to a size 32 waist again. Does anyone know how much weight I would have to lose before I was able to back into a 32 waist? In order to achieve my goal and started out walking (fast enough to sweat, a 12 minute mile) for thirty minutes two or three times a week. Now I am moving up to going jogging(slowly) five times a week. I plan on increasing my distance by a quarter of a mile or so everyday. Eventually, I would like to start running. I also plan on starting a strength training program with a Weider Crossbow. It's my goal to lose the belly fat and get the highly sought after 6 pack abs and the nice muscular pecs, well I want to increase the muscle mass all across my body. I imagine the running will tighten up my legs, but still plan on working them out on the Crossbow. If I am able to do strenght training for a hour 3 days a week along with the running, how long would it take to slide into some 32 waist Levi's?

You're wanting to get down to a size 32 again. Going down 3 sizes like this, could take a lot of work. Sometimes the older we get, it is hard to go back down to what we like, but it is possible. I would think also you might need to do some stomach excercises like sit ups as well to help? I know I have lot about 20 pds. or so myself since around the middle of March, and have gone back comfortably to the size I have been wearing for a long time which is nice. If I did more working out to tone down some, I might loose more, or get my Body down as well. But wishing you the best.
