How Much Toilet Tissue From the Roll Should You Should You Use Each Time?  

I believe like most issues raised on mylot even in this case there is no definitive answer. What is the purpose of a tissue paper. You should use it to fulfill the purpose. So If I am using it to clean something I can use it till the time I am satisfied that it has cleaned whatever I was cleaning. As general measure I believe the markings on the tissue paper let you know how much you should be tearing off in one go. If you are not satisfied with the result of using that much then you can always tear out more from the roll.

I believe you finding no paper roll in the toilet is because of the negligence of the people running the fast food joint. What I believe you should do is to inform the people responsible about the absence of the tissue paper so that the next person using the toilet doesn't have to face the same situation as you did. Imagine of the person who used the last bit of the tissue paper had informed the authorities you would have had a tissue paper to use. or at least a board outside the toilet letting you know the absence of tissue paper inside.

Are you considering the option of sueing the fast food joint for their negligence?

hi slepart how are you i do not use much of toilet tisuues but use 3 to 4 rools each time i visit the loo also you may try eating less on fast food chains because if you keep on going then the flour contained in articles like (burgers,pizzas) will constipate you r stomach and you might get loose motions or stomach ache ailments please avoid as i have suffered throught this stage and this is only my advice please do not take it seriously you may talk to your doc for more details

Well the amount used changes each time depending on your current needs and you should just use how muh you need to use. I doubt you are gonna go in there and say to yourself "Now I can only use a 1/10 of the loo roll this time!"... Well you might I suppose.
