My head is pounding and I blame it on the sleepless night that I had. I tried reading as usual to make me drowsy but it didn't work. I drank warm milk but still I was wide awake. In your case, how do you cope with sleepless night? What do you do if you have difficulty sleeping?

That's pretty easy. For some weird reason, drinking cold water at night brings me to sleep almost in an instant. So sleeping on a difficult night is not really a problem for me. I tested it myself and it works most of the time. Maybe it slows down the activity within my body making me susceptible to sleep. It just sucks because everytime i need myself to be awake and i get thirsty, i need to fight off sleepiness after drinking cold water.

More often than not, I have trouble. Now that I am pregnant and getting kicked it is no better. I sometimes get alot of mylotting done while awake. Sometimes I watch a movie. If I am lucky, I will fall asleep.

If i was to have trouble getting off to slepp then I would more that likely just get out of bed and carry on as though it were day..I maybe would do a little ylotting, and have a cup f tea,and maybe have a biccy..and I might put the television on ,but there no way I would just lay in bed waiting to fall asleep, that is when all of my worries start to grow!
