| Is this bad for my health? | | | | I'm into body building & rigid cardio exercises right now. Thing is I'm taking a bit of vitamins and supplements. Vitamins--Extra strength multivitamins, Vit C 1G, Zinc 30mg. Supplements - L-Arganine, L-glutamine. Natural meds -Gingko Biloba & Green Tea tabs. I have researched on most and I'm taking just below the daiy requirement on them. Aside from the Multi-vitamins, I only take the other atleast 5X a week. I'm into diet, Lo-cal, Lo-carb, so I need the added Vitamins and nutrients. Is what I'm doing safe? Am I @ risk of damaging my liver or kidney? Pls. respond. You may be not in the medical field but I will still value your opinion.Thanks. | | | | | | | | | | L-Glutamine at 40-60% off We offer hgh quality 100% pure L-Glutamine at the lowest price www.global-supplements.com
