Do you believe that glutathione can really whiten skin?

Last year, I have been offered a certain glutathione brand capsules. I tried using it with vitamin C and I liked the effect in me. In a month, my skin lightened, became soft and I felt better. I continued using it for three months. It was okay, but then it was a bit expensive so I stopped taking it. When I stopped, I noticed that I easily get sick, and I got rashes. I do not know if it was the reason. My friend said that it probably was the reason. Have you used glutathione? What were the effects you experienced?

i believe on glutathione's whitening effect, although it is just a side effect. it is really an anti-oxidant. my friend is taking gluta and i noticed that it improved her immune system, she can'e get sick easily, and she is getting whiter, her skin is glowing, and without imperfections. i myself is trying to take glutathione, but i'm not yet decided what brand i'm going to use.

I actually tried glutathione for 6 months and i liked the effect on my skin because it became whiter and I also felt healthier. Maybe it was because of the vitamin C that I was taking by at least 2000mg a day. gosh! One has to really take a lot of water or else, we put our kidneys in danger with all those vit C. But like you , I also stopped because I find that I could find more useful uses for my money. LOL!

My friends already tried it and I have seen the effect on their skin It's actually very effective even capsules or injectable, But they also said the injectable has been proven more effective as it whiten skin faster that capsules.
