Last year, I have been offered a certain glutathione brand capsules. I tried using it with vitamin C and I liked the effect in me. In a month, my skin lightened, became soft and I felt better. I continued using it for three months. It was okay, but then it was a bit expensive so I stopped taking it. When I stopped, I noticed that I easily get sick, and I got rashes. I do not know if it was the reason. My friend said that it probably was the reason.
Have you used glutathione? What were the effects you experienced?

i believe on glutathione's whitening effect, although it is just a side effect. it is really an anti-oxidant. my friend is taking gluta and i noticed that it improved her immune system, she can'e get sick easily, and she is getting whiter, her skin is glowing, and without imperfections. i myself is trying to take glutathione, but i'm not yet decided what brand i'm going to use.

I actually tried glutathione for 6 months and i liked the effect on my skin because it became whiter and I also felt healthier. Maybe it was because of the vitamin C that I was taking by at least 2000mg a day. gosh! One has to really take a lot of water or else, we put our kidneys in danger with all those vit C. But like you , I also stopped because I find that I could find more useful uses for my money. LOL!
