should take some hot milk and honey, or hot lemon with honey.. and get plenty of rest

I am sorry to hear that. For me just last week I was suffering a bad throat infection to where my glands swelled up enough to make it hurt to swallow anything. But luckly that only lasted a few days. Hope you feel better as quickly as I did.

If it gets worse you have to see a doctor so he can give you meds to take. Sore throat is not something to be taken lightly. Anyway, you must take plenty of rest and a lot of liquid. Either juice or just water. Better yet, take a day off and rest.....
