is it legit to BUY referrals, and clicks ..through mylot?

Friends, As you all know through my profile, I am a member for over 14 months. And, all I could make out is about 1.33$ here, in mylot, (in total, ) and over 3.16$ in google adsense. That is all .. for over 14 months of slogging and bragging.
Now, please tell me.. Is it legit to BUY referrals.
if you want to be my referral, in different programs, what would you like to charge.
YES. i am ready .. i have already funded my paypal account and egold account.

ummmm....yeah.....you've only made $1.33 because after being here for over a year you only have 77 posts!

that i wouldn't know, you can look through the guidelines and the FAQs at the bottom of the page......but i would imagine you'd have to do something like that through private messages....but again, i'm not sure.
good luck though, i hope you find the answer you're looking for.

well, that was wonderful. I though people will start ranting about their own opinions regarding being legit or not, forgetting the fact that there are FAQs, already dealing with the subject.
