If you're given a chance to choose a name before you're born, what will it be and why?Mine, probably, will be Evan. Its unique compared to my current name which is Michael. Though I love the sound of Michael but its too common and its kinda long when you write it compared to Evan. Also, because its the name of my idol. Evan Dando of the Lemonheads. I like Sid too, but its my son's name already.

I'm sure I want the name IRENE JANE CASSANDRA. My Papa's name is Ireneo and my Mama is Jane, Cassandra is just so cute. Also, according to me research, Irene means - the Greek goddess of peace, Jane means God is gracious and Cassandra means helper of men. I love peace, I love to be gracious and I wanna help mankind in any way I can, so I really dig these names... But since I can't have it, I'm giving it to my future daughter...

The only thing I would have changed about my name would have been my last name, to my mother's maiden name because it better reflects my Danish heritage. I live in Canada, speak English, and was born with my Dad's last name. In 2001, I did it. I took my mother's birth name not only showing off my Danish heritage (people already know I'm Canadian), and I managed to get past the archaic tradition of woman being passed from father to husband, thus the marital name change.
