Earnings question

I have been paid on the 3rd of the following month, but I don't think earnings are accumulated any more. Are you counting the final day's earnings, posted on the first day of the following month? I think there's too many of us to have continuous earnings nowadays; I think once upon a time there was, but no longer.

Thank you for your clear explanation. Hopefully some of the newer members will see and understand this. I've encountered a vast number of newbies who have mistakenly told me (and others) that earnings continue until we are paid; I think that was the case when myLot was less than half this size!

I was only trying to get a few things clarified about payouts; I've received so many differing answers in the last 8 months! Now I realize that I've just got to bust a$$ to bring my earnings back up to what I want to earn each month is all. Thanks for responding!

Thank you netty for the encouragement! I've found that when I craft longer, quality responses, my earnings tend to go up. I've been a member for a while now, and have played around trying to find exactly what I need to do to earn money; myLot always seems to be a step ahead of me and making slight changes to the algorithms. I appreciate your response!

Yes, you explained it quite clearly (and thank you for not b1tch-slapping me as some others have done here). I think before, we could continue to earn until the payout date (whenever it would be), but at some point that all changed. I think more than one member has misunderstood the exact method of payout and I was really hoping to help THEM out.

I understand that; I think that there are a lot of members giving out incorrect information though! On July 30th, I started a discussion about how short I was for payout (due to moving and being offline for most of the month). Many members responded to the discussion, with at least 25% saying how I'd accumulate earnings through til the 15th. I was wondering if I missed something (considering I was offline for the bulk of July) was all. This was my first payout in four months that I missed!

Thanks--I understood that. I guess it was the previous delivery system--I remember last summer and thinking the earnings rolled over...perhaps I'm thinking incorrectly. I appreciate the clarification!

Thanks, sweetie, I appreciate it. Things are pretty hectic around here lately. Harvesting and putting all the feed away is a massive chore. Plus we are shearing the whole flock next week. We will be a few days at it. It will be gruelling, but we will all be happier for it, I know. There just doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day to get everything that needs doing done, is all. That's ok--there's always next month! From what I'm reading below your answer, I think I've just gotten a lot of misinformation from other members. I plan to make payout next month (although I'm moving rather slowly!)--I've got to find some other interesting topics to post about! Good luck next month with earnings and welcome to myLot!
