In summer, i prefer warm-water shower, and sometimes i use warm and cold water, shift water time after time, because i once heard it does good to our blood circulation. which one do you prefer?

It's good to take a warmer shower in the summer, because although it may seem uncomfortable in the heat, it opens the pores so when you're out, your body breathes better.

I have hot water shower all year long. Although I am from Guangzhou and it's hot in summer. But I still use hot water. I dare not to use cold water anyway because I am afraid of the cold:) I love China
