do you have a favorite towel

this probably sounds crazy but i have a favorite hand towel. and i can't explain why i like it over others. it just makes me feel more comfortable and at home than any other towel. my mother gave it to me for christmas. it is thick dark green with a gold braid design at the bottom of it.it just feels so good to use it. how about you? do you have a favorite towel or am i the only one?

Hi there greenlitterturtle
I have 3 kids and don't get a chance to have a foavourite towel. I used to have a body shop one that I loved and it had a warning about being in the sun on it. I am not sure what happened to it. It certainly isn't in my airing cupboard and I can't remember the last time I saw it hmmm!

hi humbug...i guess you're lucky to get a clean towel at all. and regarding your missing towel sometimes things do vanish and we will never know what happened to them. enjoy your kids using your towels. at least they are cleaning themselves.

I like the blue towel & the red towel. They are pretty big. I love big towels. Hand towel? Do you take a shower with that? That seems too small for me to do! The blue towel I bought on sale, the red towel I got this past Christmas (2008) and it has our team's logo! Cheers!

hi Pablo...blue and red is patriotic hehe. and your team's logo makes it enjoyable for you. i don't use a hand towel when i take a shower except once when i grabbed the wrong towel for my hair. it got the job done though. to have a towel that you like gives a sense of comfort and being at home i think. and towels on sale is a good thing too. happy drying off.

I have two favorite towels actually... 
They are both pepsi towels that my mom used to use for beach towels
but i use them for my regular towel for showering..
I like them because they are so big! they are a lot bigger then your normal towel.
I use each one for different things... I am kind of weird but I like to use the one to dry my hair off (a little) and i like it to clean my face with one but i don't use it for my towel after i get out the shower. I use the other one for that lol

hi sameroad... i believe i understand. i have a certain towel for my hair and a favorite towel for the shower. a pepsi beach towel that is very nice. totally cool. keep your towels handy.

Hi, greenlitterturtle. I have a wash cloth that I like to use. It is blue. It washes well on my body. I am able to grasp it good. This woman that knows us gave me about 8 brand new wash cloths like this. And ever since then, I have been using this washcloth. I also like a certain color in my towels. I like peach and lilac. When I dry off with these, I feel so great!

I don't really have a favorite towel but I prefer using the newest ones :D My mom always has a new set of towels she receives as gifts and she gets rid of the old ones and use them as rags instead - I love new towels because they're soft. The only time I wouldn't use them is if they prove to shed - like when I'll end up with threads on my head.

I doubt i had found my favorite towel as i don't mind using any towel to wipe clean my body yea .
