Touring West Virginia

I have been through West Virginia, but that is all. I love the scenery from throughout the United States. I have not done much climbing, either, and feel that I may be too old and full of aches and pains to do so. I think that it was great that you could enjoy that trip with your grandkids.

That is very interestin. The most interesting place I have been to would be in St. Augustine Florida. The old Fort there is really interesting and so is The fountain of Youth. St. Augustine is the town where Pounce DeLeon found and it is also the oldest city in the United States.

Sounds like a lot of fun. Remember the old poem aout WWI called In Flanders Fields? Well, John McCrae, the man who wrote that, was born in my hometown of Guelp Otario, and his house is now a museum.

There are many places I would still like to go too. I would like to tour virginia too. I have never been to Virginia. What other places are there to see that would be cool to go?

I have always wanted to go there......maybe one day.

I've been to Seneca Rocks many times. I'm from West Virginia. I live in Virginia now. I remember when the rock that is missing from this picture used to stand there and then fell over. Do you remember that?

I don't think I've ever been to Seneca Rock. Possibly when I was little, but I wouldn't remember if I did. Here in Sacramento we have the State Capitol. Though in the state of California itself we also have Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Napa Valley, Lake Tahoe, Yosemite National Park, Sea World, Alcatraz, and much more!
