do u believe that ice age will happen again?

There is a possibility that Ice age will be happening again. This is because of continuous global warming. The too much carbon dioxide that is trapped everyday by the thickening polluted atmosphere will eventually cause ice in the poles to melt. I don't know if we'll survive. Maybe we won't. Have you watched about Al Gore's documentary regarding global warming? You will be surprised to know all the consequences of our actions now.

Well, given the Earth has had hundreds (if not thousands) in its 4.55 billion year history, that they happen every 10,000 years or so, and that the last one was about 10,000 years ago, I'd say yes.

Also: We're in one, at least partially. That the Earth has two polar icecaps at the minute is almost unique in its history. Scientists have considered this a minor ice-age for some time, given the Earth is usually almost fully tropical.

i do not know how the earlier ice age began.
but anyway,we have to accept it and adapt ourself to it.

as earths polarity gradually reverses every 10000 yrs so ice age will come .

Earth has gone through many Ice Ages, and I'm sure many more will come. Ice Ages don't necessarily occur cyclically, as I've seen people stating here. Except for the Quaternary Ice Ages, there have been other in the past, except the traces aren't so much available as the most recent. For example, during the Permian, Earth passed the most severe Ice Age, called also known as "Snowball Earth".

Ice Ages generally don't cover the entire planet, so I don't think human kind will perish. The human civilization won't be able to pass it at the extent it has now, but I don't think humans will come extinct after an Ice Age of the Quaternary type. As a matter of fact, the human species has evolved during the latest Ice Ages - There have been at least 4 Ice Ages during the past 1.6 million years, while the human species is older, going back to at least 4 million years.

Many of the things that have happened so far on planet Earth are Cyclical .Climate changes and Ice Age etc would also be a part of these Cyclical things . So,I believe that Ice Age could come again .
However;it is not so obvious as to when it would happen .

However;I believe that even If it happens in a few years; I think we have the means, Technology and the Resources to survive the Ice Age .
