Tips for how you have become successful in PTC sites

Personally, I have done well, without paying money out of my pocket, by patiently finding referals on my own, waiting until I know the site cashes out, then reinvesting the money I made by upgrading my account and also by purchasing referals. This was time consuming but I had the time to spare and now I am finally making money. What is your strategy for success?

Mine is a different story. Finding direct referrals is very hard for me. I'm bad at pursuading people to join under me lol. I simply choose several good sites with paying reputations and invest money including upgrading and buying/renting refs. I haven't got my money back yet. But i think i'll start to earn back if they keep their sites on for a month or two lol.
