hi there!we live now in a very complicated world and the technology now a days is so advance, but accompanied by that is that we humans cannot properly dispose those garbage and chemicals, and they are now taking serious effect in our environment.There are many diseases that are new and they are somehow also evolving as we do. In my opinion I think that to be able to overcome this first we must have healthy lifestyles, good diet, and also exercise. Also have a positive outlook in life.Smile and laugh more.Wish you all the best in life.

take a walk in the park with your family, friends or pets / sleep for minimum 6 hours
if you are married and have responsibilities at home, let your husband go out with his friends 1 or 2 nights .. you just stay home by yourself and do the woman thing .. wash + shampoo your hair, have the remote yourself, watch your favourite movie / sing out
if you have kids at home .. leave them for extra 2 hours at your baby sitter .. don't mind paying extra, or let your husband take them to the park then you enjoy the alone hour

Take it easy guy, people who live happily do not care too much about these questions. To spend every day meaningly and pay attention to your health condition, keep good habit you have maintained, that is enough!

Is it true suffering from breath cancer? That's means we have new problems and do not know how to threat. But, life goes on, everything can happen, life never quit and so we must enjoying. Whatever, that's enough if we thanks for God and never give up!
