Eggs aren't exactly healthy, due to the cholesterol.
The only time I eat a donut or something sweet is at a hotel when they serve "continental breakfast". Do you know why it's called that? Because in some parts of Europe ("the continent"), particularly France, breakfast is just a croissant or muffin or something with orange juice or coffee. Hotels I think like to promote "continental breakfast" because is sounds like a big deal, but it really isn't. But anyway in France they don't eat big bacon and egg breakfasts like we do, they just have a sweet thing and a drink. So don't feel bad if you do that too!

I've heard that donuts are now found to be healthy because it is a good form of cholesterol, not the bad form.
Still, it might not be a good idea to eat eggs all the time.
I have never been a big fan of continental breakfasts. To me, it's mostly just a big, fancy term for cereal, muffins, and orange juice.
