I am not sure if it can be totally cured but it will be come much better if not cured by losing weight..My friend she has Sleep Apnea, and she had that machine you are supposs to use at night...Her doctor told her IF she lost weight she might not have it anymore but he could not say it was cured by weight lose but it could be, & if not cured ,it would be a great improvement...

Yes, I would think for sure weight loss would help. My friend's brother used that c-pap and later he had the operation to help lose weight....after the weight loss she said he no longer had diabetes or sleep apnea...amazing!

Thank You for asking because I asked my doctor what I could do about this disorder and he simply answered, "Not too much," so it'll be interesting to see what everyone else has to say about this. I hope if anyone reading this has been advised by a doctor that they would kindly share with us what they have been told!!! Thank You for an excellent post.
