I have got one Sauna belt but of no use.What they are advertising,it is not that,they are making us fools.better try doing some exercise daily in the morning.running and jugging will do a lot.reduce use of two wheeler or car,instead go short distances by foot or by cycle.Avoid high fat diets,junk foods,soft drinks,alcohol.try to eat 5/6 small meals daily.Drink minimum three liters of water daily as it is required by your body to release toxins.it is also essential for weight loss because it flushes the system,carrying the fat out.thanx.
