Changing preference to post?

I just took the time to post a detailed comment only to be told I was posting on a 'mature content' post. It wasn't. So, at the end it required I change preference to view mature content. It was time wasted because I did not want to take a chance on what else might be encountered if I changed my preference. Maybe it's another newbie rule...I don't know.

I have had that happen to me but rather than change my settings, I went back over my post and changed words until it was accepted. I found it interesting how certain words would not get by the filter, but other variations of those same words were acceptable. There is usually more ways than one to phrase things without using the words that don't get past the filters. I do not want to change my settings to accept adult content because I would rather not see those kinds of posts. It works better for me to change my own text.
