The Best Way to Gain Weight

Ever since I was a child, I am underweight. And now that I am 24 years old, I am still slim. i really want to gain weight or at least meet the ideal weight for my height and age. I want to look and feel good. I have tried a lot of vitamins and protein shakes in order for me to at least gain a little weight, but all of those doesn't have effects on me. I have tried Mosegor, Appettens, Propan with Iron, Stresstabs, Enervon-C, Ferlette, Regeron-E, etc. Please help me, I need your help in order for me to gain a little weight so that I will be more confident about myself.

Make sure of intake calories, find out how much you need search in web great sites are there, do workouts and exercise.

I am also thin... and my doctor told me to drink a milkshake every night before going to bed. Just your normal everyday dairy milkshake. This contains A LOT of calories, which you need to gain weight... and the reason you drink it before bed is because your metabolism slows down as you sleep, so then you won't burn it.. and it will be deposited in your body. Another thing that helped me was doing some weightlifting. I'm not suggesting you become a body builder, but muscle weighs more than fat... and you will probably feel better as well! Good Luck!

Well to gain weight, proper supplements will not enough, unless you do workouts by gym and eat more healthy food to gain weight, it's the secret and it's the only way, even hardgainers can get their body getting big, eat at least 5 times a day, reduce the portion of the meals you usually eat, so in the next 2-3 hours you'll feel hungry again, and you can start to eat again with the same reduce portion, do weight lifting 4-5 times a week, and keep constant, see what you'll get on the next month ^_^
