Do you believe the white spots on your fingernail are signal of your health?

Some articles say that white spots on fingernail are signal of your health. Without it shows you are healthy. If there are, their number, shape, scale will show certain disease.
I don't pay much attention to it because most of the time I am healthy. But there was a white strape on my fingernail when I suffer depression 12 years ago.
Do you believe the white spots on your fingernail are signal of your health?

Yes,I do believe that.Sign of lacking calcium and some other microelements.I had that at age 15 or so while my body is growing fast.Those theories are supported by science.

I am just hearing it for the first time and the first respondents says it is a sign of calcium dificiency, i think I should believe it since I have not heard of it before.
