I bought this program early this summer, and didn't have a lot of success. I liked the 30 minute time out from the day, but didn't find myself wanting to eat "half only" and leaving food on my plate. I also got the Popular Request cd, and liked the Emotional Eating 15 minute session. Has anyone tried this program? Has anyone had success with it?
