msg

Does anyone out there have an allergy to MSG? if so, please talk to
me. I have just discovered I have one and I am having a hard time
dealing with it. My worse attacks were tongue swelling, flushing
throughout my body, heart racing, panicy feelings, face red and hot.

I have been taking benedryll alot but there has to be something better
than this, sometimes i take one before eating just because im so
scared ill have an attack. My worst attack lasted for hours.

I am worried because i am also allergic to bee stings, and benedryll
is what i would have to use. I have been stung alot.

And for the record, i go to a free clinic, need i say more?
