The man who ask the question, does he should know the answers also

everybody ask more questions in life, is it something that better we know the answers before we ask or how it is.
say before crictising somebody is it we need to be perfect

hi krish...there are two ways of asking questions....1 is if you want to know about something...which you don't know and putting a question can get you the answer...the 2 one is when you ask a question to someone and give your thoughts to it as an answer with the question itself...like what i always try to do when i do any posting here...i ask the question and say...what i feel about it after the question and ask people to answer what they think about it...it can be the answer to the question or to what i have mentioned in my answer.
