OMG, i am so tired.i just came home from a straight duty.
the bed is inviting for a nap at least. but i would rather stay in the couch because it makes my back lay more comfortable because it is softer than my mattress. however, it is smaller than my bed, i just hope i won't fall down on the floor if i accidentally move. so, before i nap, i wanna leave you this question. is your mattress soft or firm?

My one is firm. I chose it because I heared that, softer mattress is not good for your backbone. The harder one will help to make a straight shape of your backbone. And this will become a blessing when you'll cross the 60. Ha...ha...ha..

My mattress is a little bit of both. Its not too firm to make me feel I'm sleeping on wood nor is it too soft to make me feel I'm sleeping on cotton balls. And I love it that way because its firmness gives my back support and its softness gives me comfort.

I like my mattress to be firm. In fact, medically speaking it should be that way to allow the curvature of your spine to "relax" and to prevent any irregularities in the posture that the spine would otherwise assume by itself if you were to lay on a soft mattress. Yes, I know that a soft comfy setting can really be tempting but in the long run, it proves bad for your back and one can understand this when he or she soon starts having painful back aches.
Furthermore, one must be aware of what posture he or she sleeps with. But that would vary from person to person and so I won't be elaborating on this subject. However, to conclude, I would always go for a firmer mattress and believe me, it is rejuvenating and quite refreshing.

I just bought a brand new bed 2 months ago and I just love
it! I was originally going to buy a firm mattress because
I thought that was supposed to be the best thing for your
back. When I went back to check out the bed again before
it was to be delivered I spoke to another salesperson
and she told me that if you have back problems the mattress
to buy is a SOFT one. She said that people make that mistake
all the time. A soft mattress is better for the back because
it conforms to the back and it gives you more support. So
I layed down on a soft one and a firm one that were side by
side. I ended up changing my order and I am so glad that I
did. The bed that I ended up getting is unbelievable. I have
never been so comfortable in my life. I have no more problems
with my back. I don't wake up with a backache anymore!

i prefer using firm matress. its more relaxing. it will stretch your back. i dont want a soft one. your back is curving because the matress is too soft. i want to lay down stright and firm thats why i want it.
