Whats Your fitness mantra?

What do you do to stay fit? Do you go hit the gym or do yoga or walk or swim or play a sport or do something else. Do you prefer mornings or evenings to work out.
I do 20 to 30 minutes of treadmill everyday and occasionally go for walks. I feel active through out the day and sleep well. It also helps me de-stress mentally and physically.
