Is switching ISP's for GPT's that big of a deal?

I'm just curious as i'm a part of a lot of Get-paid-to programs and I was wondering. We(my rents and I) were thinking of switching to a sattelite internet connection. Am I going to have to let all the different sites i'm a part of know if we do end up getting sattelite internet? It'll be a totally new ISP & yeah, I was just curious. I think the only one I know for sure is Mylot wouldn't have a problem with it, nor would Swatcash if you notify them first.
