Do you have fence around your house?

I like to fence my house very badly.But I just cannot do it because I do not have a house.I am living in an apartment which can never be fenced.Well my ancestral house has a brick wall around it.Only my in laws live there.We frequent it once in a while.

Yes , there is no fence around their houses in the US. They are not going to protect their house because no one can enter to their house for robbery. That is how I know the background in US country. We here in my place where I could lived, we have our fence here for the protections against the robber if ever I could safe from this kind of fences. Protection too from the animals around the subdivision. And the small thief that arises when those people know that there are valuable things inside your house.

Most houses in my country have fence around. Perhaps the security here is not so good, and people always like to have fence around the house. Not only that, we have grills for the window and door too, so that it's not easy for the thieves to break into the houses. I've stayed in Australia before, and saw the houses in suburbs have no fence around. But the houses in Sydney, the big city, still have fences around.

Almost all houses in my country have fence around, except for those really high class houses, but they do have a strict security check outside. There are a really big fence around their housing area. I think in some rural areas, people are very friendly and they do not steal others' properties, hence they do not need a fence to protect their houses.

Hello dear friend. We don't have fence but we have gatekeepers to watch out our houses for our safety. Ours is usually big buildings with a lot of apartments in it and we pay a small amount of money each month to the gatekeeper as his salary for his hard work for us. A lot of us have a fence around our houses. Not everyone doesn't. Also same with our buildings, only some don't have fences. I have a fence around the backyard and in the front I don't have one. I have bushes along one side of my house and a fence around the other side. So I am only partially fenced in. We don't have fences put up to protect our houses. Not like the way you imply that you' have to. I live in Canada and it is fairly safe here. I mean we do have break-ins but that has nothing to do with our fences. If a person wants to break into our house it wouldn't matter to them if we have a fence or not, they would just open the gate or climb over the fence. We live in an apartment building with a gate around the front. The gate is never locked, I think it's just there for show. At the front is a full gate, but on beside the gate, and around the front of the patio to the building is a half-wall, with the rest of the gate on top, if that makes any sense. The top of the gate lines up all around the patio.

yes, we have. in the philippines houses do have fence and a gate. in the US they really dont have it. maybe, thats their houses style. not here in our country. cause children must be protected not to play outside. cars are passing by they might get accident.

I live in Chile and our house all have fences. We have it for safety and to protect our privacy. I would not feel comfortable without one. Besides, now I need it to keep my dog IN the house. Happy posting!
