A Face That Lanuched a Thousand Ships -Helen of Troy. Is she a worthy woman?

Helen threw all cautions to the wind and run away with the man she loves even if she had already a husband whom he does not love ( like an arranged marriage). Should Helen be worthy of emulation? If you were in her place, would you do what she did? Your thoughts on this are welcome.
