macaroni cheese and bacon

tonight I made my first even macaronic cheese with bacon. i have never made this before from strach, it was yummy and the children have asked me to make it again, everyone had seconds.

Just to keep you all updated I am still making this lovely dish for my family, one of my children also requsted that I made it for there bithday tea the other week. Its so easy to make I can't understand why it took me so long ot mkae it myslef.

I have never even heard of that. It sounds delicious though. Maybe I will try that in the next few weeks. I love both mac n chz and bacon so it sounds like an all around winner for me. Thanks for the idea.

Well lets say by hubby love meat and does like some meat with his meal every day, so this is a god way to do it. Savers tip...... i use bacon pieces and just cut the fat off, cheaper than bacon slices
