Would you date your boss?

I would never in a billion years! Mixing business with pleasure is a nono. You see, there's no getting around the fact that your boss is the one tasked with evaluating your performance on the job. It would never work.

well i guess i will ..that is if he is still available and single..no big deal for me...as long as when at work he will act still as my boss..i guess its an edge for me when it pertains to evaluation and the like..although a bit unfair to my co worker..but what can i do??just lucky i guess

What if things don't work out. He's still your boss, and you'd have to see him everyday. If you're still the one a-feenin' over him...oh well, you made your bed, and I guess you gotta lay in it.

That's really really complicated if it happens. Aside from me having my fiancee, I would not date my boss even how cute/hot she is. I work in a big company and having a relationship with the boss is critical. First, it would take lots of effort to hide it since at work, they would have to ignore and eat their feelings so as not to affect their jobs. More often that not, people would still know their situation and a lot of eyes will be watching them if the boss favors the employee or not. However, who knows? It might work for some but they would probably have to prove themselves much much harder. It would be very rare.
